Imoved to Toluca Lake 46 years ago in May. I love the fact that Toluca Lake is a quaint “island village,” a bedroom community of only one square mile. The best feature of our Village is the people who live, work and enjoy the restaurants and small businesses here.
I respect the quarantine, and as I am in a category of employment designated as essential, I try to stay home and am available to my clients on a one-on-one basis. I haven’t “Curbed my Enthusiasm,” and have binge-watched six seasons continuously! Thanks, Larry David!
My biggest challenge is not being able to squeeze my grandkids.
I am staying connected with the three organizations that I am a member of — the Chamber, the Beautification Partners and the Toluca Lake/Burbank Leads Club.
Stay strong, Tolucans. Be patient, be prudent in staying at home and reach out to those you love via Skype, phone, email, letters and texts!
