Spencer Ramsey, Operator
At Santuari we have always been committed to maintaining a safe and healthy space for our customers and staff. Some of the further steps we have taken to ensure everyone’s safety include wearing protective face masks, sanitizing and steam-cleaning all work surfaces daily, and offering contactless drop-off and pickup on all to-go orders. We understand that health is on everyone’s minds, and we aim to make our guests feel as safe as possible.
We have received nothing but support from our community. These are challenging times for everyone and every business (except Jeff Bezos and Amazon, of course), so naturally our community has rallied around one another. Toluca Lake is a close-knit community. I have seen neighbors helping those less able and banding together to show support for local businesses. We are a resilient and caring community with an enduring fighting spirit. This for years was the home of Bing Crosby and Bob Hope. Now, Toluca Lake is the home of many entertainment heavyweights. Our character of perseverance will continue through this dark patch and emerge unscathed on the other side.
Santuari was built as a getaway destination, and while many guests visit us for our world-class food, many also visit for the beautiful ambiance. In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, our greatest hurdle has been increasing visibility for our new takeout and delivery business, a business that was previously fairly underrepresented. We have used every platform at our disposal to reach out to our guests and let them know that we are still here to safely serve them and their loved ones.
Please support your local businesses. Stay positive, stay healthy and care for one another.
