Scooter has literally spent his entire life in Toluca Lake — all two and a half years of it. He knows every street by memory from all his sniffing, and especially likes Riverside Drive. Honey Baked Ham and Trader Joe’s are places he’d love to go into, but he stays outside, sniffing into the air like crazy. And, of course, he loves his pedicures at à la Mutt.
