Riverside Drive Streetscape
Toluca Lake Beautification Partners (TLBP) is conducting a planning process to develop a conceptual streetscape design of Riverside Drive between Sancola Avenue and Clybourn Avenue. Future improvements may include enhanced crosswalks, street furniture, landscaping, lighting, banners, signage, art and other elements to help make the area more walkable, community-oriented, beautiful and economically viable.
Your input is critical to help us create a vibrant street that supports business and property owners, shoppers and the greater Toluca Lake community.

The survey will be open August 2 through September 15 and is one of many ways the community can provide feedback during this process. TLBP will also present progress to the Toluca Lake Homeowners Association, the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce, the Toluca Lake Garden Club and the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council.
This is an important moment for our community, as the L.A. City Planning Department has agreed to integrate the streetscape plan into the Community Plan Update for Toluca Lake.
Toluca Lake District Clock
TLBP is working diligently on the implementation of the Toluca Lake Village clock streetscape project — the transformation of a portion of the parkway into a community gathering space and district identifier for the Village. TLBP has submitted all engineering plans, calculations and specifications to the City of Los Angeles as requested as a part of the permitting process, and is awaiting final comments. Once a permit has been obtained, the work will commence, targeting the fourth quarter of 2021.
