Meet border collie Vesper, who celebrated her first birthday on January 21. She enjoys walking the neighborhood and playing with her friends Edie, Boo, Frankie, Kona, Olive, Charlie, Mango, Bailey … you get the idea! She loves to make new friends, so please say hello if you see her out and about.
