The Toluca Lake Homeowners Association (TLHOA), in partnership with SKY Properties, held an exclusive party in honor of the neighborhood’s 100th anniversary and the grand opening of the new Hollywood-themed Centennial Apartments building on July 23.
The members-only event included dinner, tours of the apartment complex and a rooftop sunset soirée featuring entertainment by Bri Oglu, who joined fellow SKY Properties staff in wearing vintage Hollywood garb to celebrate the occasion. Among the special guests in attendance were honorary mayor Fritz Coleman and lifelong resident Richard Bogy, who regaled the crowd with tales of Toluca Lake’s history.
“The TLHOA is so proud to be part of a neighborhood who truly supports each other, and this party is just one of a few events that make our community special and engaging,” TLHOA President and SKY Properties CEO/President Kari Negri says. “It was an amazing experience to get to have the community come together to celebrate 100 years of Toluca Lake.”
