The Toluca Lake Homeowners Association (TLHOA) held its annual general members meeting on March 20 at Bodega Malbec, where approximately 50 attendees gathered to reflect on recent accomplishments and set the stage for the upcoming year.

Outgoing board members were recognized, and the 2025–26 board of directors was unanimously approved. Assemblymember Nick Schultz addressed the state budget and the impact of the downturn in film/TV production, while Councilmember Adrin Nazarian focused on public safety.

“The HOA continues to be a healthy, engaged organization,” president Don St. Clair says. “We have made significant strides in conjunction with the Neighborhood Watch and LAPD to improve safety, and we recently launched our new website to improve communication with our members and neighbors.”
