Helping Fathers Build a Lasting Legacy

Whether helping families find their dream homes through SRM Real Estate Group, supporting neighborhood initiatives through the Toluca Lake Homeowners Association or giving back to charitable causes year-round, longtime resident and veteran realtor Scott Morris has built his life around service. Now, he’s channeling that same passion into helping fathers become more intentional leaders within their families.

Morris recently launched Keep Winning Dads (KWD), a community-focused platform designed to help fathers strengthen their relationships, lead with purpose and build a meaningful legacy. The idea grew from his own experiences as a husband and father and from years spent reflecting on what it means to live with purpose. “Like many fathers, I understand that parenting does not end when children become adults,” he shares. “In many ways, I believe that season can become even more important.”

That philosophy forms the foundation of KWD. Morris believes fathers shape generations and that the choices they make today become part of the legacy their children carry tomorrow. “KWD is designed for men who are not finished growing. It is for fathers, grandfathers and men of influence who want to become more intentional in how they live, lead, love, repair and leave a legacy,” he explains, admitting that he is not an expert with all the answers, but rather a fellow traveler on the journey alongside his peers. “I’m a father still in the arena, still learning, still growing and still making mistakes.”

Ultimately, the platform encourages men to examine their patterns, own their choices, strengthen their relationships and take meaningful action in the areas that matter most through Morris’ proprietary “Own the Gap” framework. Built around five pillars — clarity, choice, consistency, connection and contribution — the program features resources such as “The Intentional Father” weekly newsletter, a Clarity Kickstart Guide, community conversations and additional tools designed to support fathers at every stage of life.

“KWD is really about helping men stay engaged in the most important work of their lives,” Morris says. “I am still doing that work myself. It is never too late to grow, repair and become more intentional.”
