Local author and Holocaust survivor Clare Bursky will discuss her award-winning memoir Survive, Then Thrive: My Family’s Holocaust Story, which recounts her family’s journey from Poland to Russia and eventually to the U.S. after the outbreak of World War II in Europe in the 1930s.
